She is survived by: her parent Christina Kalny Valek (Kodlick); her children, Anita Hiles (Wesley) of Summit Hill and Lawrence Cinicola III; her wife Jeanne of Summit Hill; her siblings, Christine Carnish, Ann Marie Reinhart (Scott), Summit Hill and John Valek (Nadine) of New Jersey; her siblings-in-law, Alex "Pepsi" Cinicola of Jim Thorpe and Rose Zurn of Jim Thorpe; her grandchildren, Wesley, Nicholas, Lawrence, Zachary, Laura, Janelle and Derek; her great grandchildren, Charizma, Chloe and Several; and also, Frederick Cinicola (Theresa) of Andreas and Brian Cinicola (Michelle) of New Ringgold.
