She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Valek and Christine Valek (Kodlick); and her sisters, Judith Valek, Anna Cinicola and Elizabeth "Betty" Forrest.

She is survived by: her husband Scott Reinhart of Summit Hill; and her siblings, Christine Carnish of Nesquehoning and John Valek (Nadine) of New Jersey.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her name, may be made to St. John's Slovak Lutheran Church, 1 E. Abbott St., Lansford, PA.
