He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Shick and Elsie Smith Shick; his sister Erma White; and his grandson Kirby Hetrick. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kibler; his children, Ken Shick, Karin Hetrick (Dave) and Kandi Conner (Colby); and his siblings, Harold Shick, Richard Shick (Darletta) and Donna Myers (John). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
