She is survived by: her parents, Robert Uzelac and Diane Donatelli Uzelac; her daughters, Jessica Kalkhof of Sigel, Clairise Kalkhof of Pittsburgh and Katie Kalkhof of Colorado Springs, CO.; and her close friend Lee Shaffer of Brookville.
