It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pauline Smith of Summerville, Pennsylvania, born in DuBois, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kurtz and Blanche Lockitski Kurtz; and her son Pat Smith. She is survived by: her husband Dean; her children, Paul Smith (Linda), Phil Smith (Dana), Robin Cale and Joyce Smith; and her siblings, Gary Kurtz and Margaret Wolf. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Church of Christ.
