She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Hendricks and Caroline Shriver. She is survived by: her husband Michael R. Fields, Sr.; her children, Jason Fields (Kari Whelpley) and Michelle Pontzer (Brian); her siblings, Lee Allen Hendricks and Pam Megofna; and her grandchildren, Alexis, Matthew, Evan, Austin and Brittany.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to Gateway Humane Society in Falls Creek.
