He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Robert I. and Phyllis Best Romig. He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Herr; his wife Barb; his children, Grant Romig of Nashville, TN and Devon Brooks (Ben) of Acworth, GA; his grandsons, Boaz "Bo" Brooks, Ezekiel "Zeke" Brooks and Titus Brooks; his siblings, Lynda Bond (Rich) of Bethlehem, Bill Romig (Ginger) of Yardley and Don Romig (Maureen) of Long Beach, NY; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Jordan of Raleigh, NC, Nancy Cicero (Sal) of West Chester and Al Herr (Sandra) of Raleigh, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their spouses and children.
