He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fogle and Mary Fogle (Parks); his siblings, Robert "Bob", Joseph, Eileen and Bonnie M. Fogle; his daughter Karen Newcomer; his grandson James Brenner; and his mother-in-law Florence Kuhar.
He is survived by: his significant other Bonnie Kay Fogle; his granddaughter Lea Moore; his children, Lyndsey Richards (Ian), Stephen Mackoff (Lynda) and James Mackoff (Isabelle); and his grandchildren, Amanda, Eddy, Breona, Myranda, Kyera, Justin, Tanner, Luke, Mason, Tesfa, Nehemiah and Alexavier.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Lee's memory.
