He was predeceased by: his father George Moore. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Mundis); his daughters, Debbie Moore of Enola and Susan (Moore); his grandchildren, Dr. Erica Zyznewsky (Alexander), Christopher Moore and Haley Volovic; and his great grandchild Alexander Volovic. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association.
