He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Orr and Anna Orr (Boylan); his son Timothy Orr; and his siblings, Daniel Orr and Joan Coolican.
He is survived by: his wife Anna J. Catracchia; his children, Eileen Halesey (Paul), Michele Lincalis (Joseph), William P. Orr (Jacquelyn) of Savannah, GA and Anne Nemchick (Chris); his grandchildren, Brenna, Michaela Halesey, Dominic, Natalie Lincalis, Ashley West (Ryan), Joshua Orr (Kayla) and Logan Nemchick; his great grandchild Joel West; and his brothers, Lawrence Orr (Sandra) and Joseph Orr (Margaret). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
