He was predeceased by: his father John Rhoads; and his brothers, Dale and Rich Rhoads. He is survived by: his mother Betty Rhoads (Walters) of Annville; his wife Debra K. Rhoads (Gibson); his children, Michael L. Rhoads (Sharon) of Benton and Shelia A. Davis (Andrew) of Palmyra; and his siblings, John Rhoads of Annville, Ronnie Rhoads (Dolores) of Pine Grove and Connie Longnecker (Chip) of Annville. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
