He was predeceased by: his parents, Stafford Ley and Janet Ley (Davis); and his sister Sally Wells. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Hopta; his sons, Stafford Ley (Brandi) of Mill Hall and Colby Ley (Whitney) of Monroe City, Indiana; his stepdaughters, Tara (Rod Tossari) of Shamokin and Traci Shingara of Bear Gap; and his cousin Carrie James of Tunkhannock. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
