He is survived by: his wife Sharon Rhinard Walters (Kishbaugh); his sons, Anthony J. "Tony" Walters (Tina) of Bloomsburg and Andrew H. Walters of Benton; his grandchildren, Dylan, Alyssa and Erica; and his sisters, Roxie W. Janney and Kathy W. Reifsnyder. He is also survived by nephews and cousins.
