He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Horne and Hazel Horne (Lehman). He is survived by: his wife Jean Kruk; his son Timothy Horne; his stepson Christopher Hine; his siblings, Patricia Beatini (Anthony) of Rutherford, NJ, Betty Walko and Douglas Horne (Vicki); and his pet Ruger. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
