He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond, Sr. Frantom and Irene Frantom (Fulda); and his wife Thelma. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, William Polgrean, Betty Shultz, Janet Eckert, Rosemary Acri, Robert Shaffer, Wayne Shaffer (Christine), Gale Shaffer, Richard Shaffer (Billie), Joy Stauffer (David), Lori Henry (Jim) and Barb Schmidt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
