She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmond Fritz and Sarah Fritz (Yeagle); her husband Lake A. Maxfield; and her siblings, Elsie Achenbach and Robert Fritz.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Maxfield (Sharon) of Berwick and Denise (Peter Marycz); her grandchildren, Jane E. Welliver (Scott), Dennette L. Moul (Todd), John A. Maxfield (Jodi), Peter L. Marycz (Jenniffer) and Dr. Damien M. Marycz (Shannon); her great grandchildren, Taylor E. Welliver, Rachael I. Welliver, Alec T. Moul, Nicholas E. Moul, Nadya A. Marycz, Mila J. Marycz, Brandon N. Marycz and Anna J. Marycz; and her sister Mary Heimbach of Milton.
