She is survived by: her parents, Sam Esposito and Mary Esposito (DeAngelo); her husband Thomas M. Bellizia Sr.; her children, Amanda Bellizia of Drums, Thomas M. Bellizia Jr. (Kendra) and Kaitlyn Bellizia of Sugarloaf; her grandchildren, Zachary Pollack and Jaxon Pollack; her siblings, Sammy Esposito of Richmond, VA, Jim Esposito (Deb) of Emmaus and Trisha Holden (Bill); and her sisters-in-law, Helen Bellizia of Hazleton and Mary Ellen Grabey of Sugarloaf.
