Lucille Belusko Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucille Belusko (Sugarloaf, Pennsylvania), born in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 22, 2020 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lucille Belusko to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Applegate and Effie Applegate (Hines); and her husband Stephen Belusko. She is survived by: her siblings, Elise Applegate, Phyllis Rehal and Roy Applegate; her sons, Thomas Belusko (Ann) of Sugarloaf and Stephen Belusko of Sugarloaf; and her grandchildren, Barbara Stauffer, Karen Fabian, Phillip Belusko and Kim Perchak. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
