She was predeceased by: her parents, David W. Phillips, and Dolores Jane Phillips, Sr. (Freeman); her husband Rodney Alan Smith; and her siblings, Alan Sr. and Christina Burke.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Powel and Trevor Smith; and her siblings, Shirley Phillips (Taylor), David W. Phillips Jr., Kathy Cortazar, Barry Phillips (Sue) of Chesapeake Beach, MD, Mark G. Phillips (Avoca) and Linda Kokinda (Robert). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. (East) (669 W Butler Dr, Sugarloaf, PA 18249). The military honors was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (East) (669 W Butler Dr, Sugarloaf, PA 18249).
