George F. Welch Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George F. Welch of Sugarloaf, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 19, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Rolland and Margaret Welch (Cheslock); his son Jeremy Welch; and his sisters, Shirley Welch and Sondra Lindeman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Knecht (Scott), Christie Welch Daubert (Carl), Julie MacDonald (Jim) of National Park, NJ, Jennifer Welch (Hazle Twp) and Amanda Ackerman (Bob); his grandchildren, Samuel Brummitt, Erik Welch, Maggie Arthur (Bill), Brandon Welch, Jeremy and Joshua Ackerman; and his siblings, Arthur Welch, John Welch, Betsy Fisher, Susan Oliver and Nancy Marini. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church (467 S Main St, Conyngham, PA 18219). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
