He was predeceased by: his parents, Budd D. Hess and Virginia P. Hess (Rank). He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey K. Geffken (Richard) of Benton and Wendy H. Gable of Emmaus, PA; his grandchildren, Miles, Kate Geffken and Sydney Gable; his stepgranddaughters, Brittany Braddock, Alyssa and Morgan Geffken; and his siblings, Dwane S. Hess (Cindy) of Shickshinny and Barbara J. Politano of Wheat Ridge.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society, Columbia County Unit, 1948 East Third Street, Williamsport, PA 17701.
