He is survived by: his wife Brenda Fallbright; his children, Cassie Caldwell of Drums and David Caldwell of Drums; his stepchildren, Jeremiah Gonzalo (Lindsey) and Kendra Gonzalo (Thomas Bellizia, Jr.); and his grandchildren, Christian and Gio Gonzalo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
