She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Robert Kishbaugh and June Elaine Kishbaugh (Stout); her daughter Stacy A. Kishbaugh; and her siblings, Yvonne E. Jett and Michael Kishbaugh.
She is survived by: her husband Edward C. Evans, Sr.; her children, Edward C. Evans, Jr. (Kimberly) of Benton, Kelly Murphy (Sam Valadez) of Berwick and Holly Newhart (Jason Young) of Bloomsburg; and her brothers, Dwayne Kishbaugh (Wendy) of New York and Alvin Kishbaugh, Sr. of Florida.
