He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Wolk and Anna Wolk (Marhelko). He is survived by: his brother Joseph; his wife Marie Maylath; his children, Mary Ann Trivelpiece (Sugarloaf), Albert Wolk (Sugarloaf), John Wolk (Drums), James Wolk (Wendy) of Sugarloaf and Ann Lagowy (Fogelsville); and his grandchildren, Maria, Megan, Marissa Trivelpiece, Ryan, Olivia Wolk, Lexi, John Jr., Christopher Wolk, Jared, Madelaine, Jillian Wolk, Michael and Madelyn Lagowy.
