With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Eileen May Garinger of Sugar Run, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earle Francis and Eleanora Annie Walker Warrell; her husband James Swingle Sr.; her daughter Elizabeth Jane Carter; her children-in-law, David J. Wilson and Beverly Garinger; her son David Allen Garinger (Debbie Garinger); her grandsons, Jason Lant, Kenneth Bartholomew and Michael Garinger; her stepgranddaughters, Jimmie Jo Grover and Debra DeTurck; her great grandchild Breanna Bonick; her great great grandchild Daryl Scott Merritt; and her siblings, Ralph Warrell, Kenneth Warrell, Milton Warrell, Robert Warrell, George Warrell, Rogie McCulloch, Shirley Veltri, Nellie Bell and Helen Blackshire.
She is survived by: her children, Wesley Allen (Dawn Garinger Jr.), Lawrence Edward (Debbie Garinger), Bonnie Jeanne Wilson of Rome, PA, Doris Eileen (Tony Walczak), Nancy Lee (Joseph Orischak), Kenneth James (Lisa Garinger), Linda Joy (Zane Furman), Stephen Andrew (Linda Garinger Sr.), Daniel John Garinger of New Albany, PA, Ruth Ann Oliver of Mehoopany, PA and Joan Louise (Ben Grover Sr.); and her sister June Harkins of Croyden, PA. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Calendar Moxie Community Church (315 Benjamin Rd, Wyalusing, PA 18853). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
