He is survived by: his wife Phyllis R. Houghwot; his children, Diane Warner of Warren, PA, Richard Warner II (Marie) of Frewsburg, NY and Georgia Eckert (Kevin) of Sugar Grove, PA; and his grandchildren, Michael, Mitchell Stenberg, Devon, Bryanna Warner, Samantha and Edward Swartwood. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
