He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry L. Ruland, Sr. and June Pierson Ruland; and his wife Shirleyanne Ruland. He is survived by: his close friend Shirley Johnson of Houtzdale; his daughter Jane Rosenthal (Jeff) of Erie; his granddaughters, Amber and Ashley Rosenthal of Erie; his siblings, Judy Peacock of Coon Rapids, MN, David Ruland of Sugar Grove and Bob Ruland of Russell; and his nephew David Johnson.
CDC guidelines will be enforced, six feet social distancing and face masks are required.
