Louis Norris Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2020, at the age of 84, Louis Norris (Sugar Grove, Pennsylvania), born in Jamestown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Norris and Margaret Rotolo Norris; his wife Ruth Anne Norris (Covell); and his son Scott Norris. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Norris (Karen) of Washington, Mark Norris of Washington, Randy Norris of Florida, Tim Garvey (Tracey) of Twinsburg and Thomas Garvey (Janet) of North Carolina; and his sisters, Mary Worden of Jamestown and Barb Bianco of Jamestown. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19, the family has chosen to have services at a later time.
