He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachael McNutt and Floyd McNutt. He is survived by: his children, John Jr., Tammy and Terrance; his close friend Dawn Giaimo; his granddaughter Ashley Seagren Kesby; and his emotional support chihuahua Onyx.
It was John's wish to donate his body to the Human Gift Registry at Penn State.
