She was predeceased by: her parents, Horton Frank and Agnes Frank (Richards); her husband Robert G. Anderson; and her brother Benjamin Baxley. She is survived by: her close friend Richard Hartley; her children, Dawn Williams (Bruce), Herbert Anderson (MeLissa), Tracy Shaffer (Matthew) and Bobbie-Jo Rafalski (Stephen); her siblings, James Frank, Michael Frank, Anthony Foust (Tammy), Connie Caudillo (Alfonzo), Ronnie Bolin and Wayne Foust; her grandchildren, Nicole Skrzypczak (Adam), Amber Fisher (Bryan), Shelby Spinks (Zach), Kelsey Anderson, Jesse Shaffer, Ellianna Shaffer and Izaac Chido; and her great grandchildren, Madison Cook, Philip Skrzypczak, George Fisher, Bryce, Brayden, Isabella Spinks and Anthony Cameron.
The family suggests memorial donations may be made to a local charity of your choice, or through a random act of kindness.
