He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvis Kingsbury and Carolyn Gustafson Kingsbury; his grandson Travis Barnett; and his siblings, Madelyn Crawford, Linda Kingsbury and Jeffrey Kingsbury.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Main Kingsbury; his daughter Tammi Johnson (Justin); his grandchildren, Ashley, Taylor and Timothy; his great grandchild Natalie; and his siblings, Ken Kingsbury (Jackie) of Youngsville, John Kingsbury (Wendy) of Georgia and Darlene Fisher (Dennis) of Randolph, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, a celebration of Doug's Life will be held at a later time to be announced.
