She was predeceased by: her parents, James Torek and Mary Torek (Penczek); her husband Anthony S. Slovick; her son David A. Slovick; her siblings, Joseph Torek, Jane McDonough, Agnes Dennison, Albert Pieron, John Pieron, Frank Pieron and Stella Finger; and her son-in-law James Davis.
She is survived by: her children, James Slovick (LaVerne), Mitzi Davis and Dennis Slovick (Alicia); her siblings, Frances Golojuch and Jerry Torek (Rose); and her daughter-in-law Mary Jo Slovick. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren.
