He is survived by: his parents, Dale Thomas Dixon and Jane Louise Dixon (Smith); his wife Michelle "Shelly" Lee Butler; his children, Morgan Teeter (Dillon) of DuBois and Jonathon Dixon (Alli Ishman); his grandchildren, Conor and Sean Teeter; and his brothers, Timothy Dixon (Michelle Radaker) of Luthersburg and Michael Dixon (Sandi) of Big Run. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
