She was predeceased by: her father Ellis Donald Smith. She is survived by: her mother Gladys Mae Smith (Knickerbocker); and her siblings, Jane L. Dixon (Dale) of Sykesville and Ronald Smith (Linda) of Punxsutawney. She is also survived by several nephews and one niece.
