With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Serfass of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 12, 2021 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Walter Serfass to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallie Serfass and Ruth Serfass (Garren); and his siblings, Elda Serfass, Mary Rinker, Helen Ziegenfus, John, Marlin, Donald and Robert Serfass.

He is survived by: his close friend Patricia Ann Antonioli; his children, Marc Serfass (Nancy) of Basin, WY, Jonathan Serfass (Darlene Yantz) of Las Vegas, NV, Vicki Hawk (Brian) of Coplay and Sheila Boyer (Gene) of Stroudsburg; his sisters, Delores Barthold of Bath, Jean Haydt of Jim Thorpe and Arlene Conklin of Brodheadsville; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Victoria, Ariana, Andrew, Matthew, Luke, Joshua, Catherine and Samantha. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
