He was predeceased by: his father Walter J. Cunningham. He is survived by: his mother Mary Cunningham (Firtz) of Stroudsburg; his sister Eileen O'Brien (George); his nephews, David O'Brien (Andrea) and Stephen O'Brien (Katlyn King); his great-nephews, Kaiden O'Brien, Stephen O'Brien and Caleb O'Brien; and his great-niece Skylar O'Brien.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to be made in Walter's name to the American Cancer Society for Children.
