It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Kibler of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 26, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Carmen Kibler (Biondo); his mother Pauline Counterman; and his grandchildren, Eric Kibler (Sherry Zateeny) of Felton, Georgia, Phillip Kibler (Chun) of Marietta and Denise Caucci (Alfred) of Sertling, PA.
