It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Trevor J. Ion of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ion and Fannie Ion (Ojala); and his sister Grace Jertter. He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Krech); his children, John Ion (Lori) of Erie, PA, Christine Ion of Burdett, NY and Kenneth Ion (Ella); and his stepchildren, April Perkins of Conway, SC, Jay Moyer (Theresa) of Brodheadsville, PA and Paul Godnig of Staten Island, NY. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
