He was predeceased by: his wife Pui Lun (Yuen); and his daughter Susan Chin. He is survived by: his daughter Annette Stein (William) of Stroudsburg, PA.; his grandchildren, William Stein of Whitehall, PA, Kimberla Townsend (Dale) of Stroudsburg and Jennifer Candelario (Jorge) of Greentown, PA; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Tristen, Jade, Gigi and Owen.
