He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley J. Cheslock and Leona Cheslock (Majchrowicz). He is survived by: his wife Ruth E. Cheslock (Wuesthoff); his daughter Sandi Kaspszyk of Kunkletown; his brother Jerome P. Cheslock (Pat) of Stroudsburg; his grandchildren, Abigail (Danny Hrbek), Andrew and Kyle Kaspszyk; and his nephew Jonathan Cheslock. He is also survived by his friends and family.
