He was predeceased by: his parents, Epifanio Diaz Vargas and Efigenia Frias Ferreira. He is survived by: his stepmother Maria Guadalupe Jacquez of Diaz; and his wife Dania Diaz (Rosario). He is also survived by his daughters, son, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
