He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Bergen and Joan D. Bergen (Kahle); and his brother Scott C. Bergen. He is survived by: his sisters, Leslie Greffe (Alfred) of Albrightsville and Kerry Bergen of Albuquerque, NM; his nieces, Sofia Salvatore and Alexis Bergen; and his nephew Spyros Hortis.
