He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Sr. Smith and Pearl Smith (Perry); and his brothers, Woodrow Jr. and Karl. He is survived by: his wife June Smith (Deihl); his sons, Michael R. Smith of Wooddale and Jeffrey D. Smith of Stroud Township; his granddaughters, Josephine "Josie" Smith and Michayle "Kayle" Smith; and his sister Patty Vopel (Tim) of Reeders.
