He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn E. Otto (Ace); his parents, Floyd Otto and Roberta Otto (Predmore); his son Mark Otto; and his brother David Otto.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles Frantz (Carissa) of Stroudsburg and Cory Otto of Stroudsburg; his grandchildren, Gavin Frantz of Stroudsburg, Kaylin Frantz of Stroudsburg, Tyler Frantz of Winchester, VA, Jamie Lynn Otto of Stroudsburg, Chloe and Evelyn Otto of Stroudsburg; and his siblings, Cindy Hardy of Stroudsburg and William Otto of Stroudsburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the William H. Clark Funeral Home (1003 Main St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360).
