Shay of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Morristown, New Jersey, who passed away on October 18, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Shay and Kathryn Shay (Kolacusky); his siblings, Jack Morgan, Kathryn Shay and Dorothy Shay; his granddaughter Harper; and his great grandchild Charlee.

He is survived by: his wife Joann (Creatura); his children, Michael Shay (Jennifer), Kenneth Shay (Brenda Lomsky) and Stephanie Shay; his grandchildren, Taylor, Brianna, Dylan, Natalie, Paige, Michael, Jr. and Ryan; and his brother Walter Shay.
