She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Hayward and Milton Hayward. She is survived by: her husband William H. Block; her daughters, Brenda Block (late David Schimpf) of Sciota, Carolyn Smalley (David) of Stroudsburg, Kathryn Cutshaw (Anthony) of Pocono Summit and Kristin Block of Lehighton; her grandchildren, Casey Works (Schimpf), David, Jacob, Gigi Schimpf, Bethany, Matthew, Jordan Smalley, Brianna Keiser, Alexandra and Mason Cutshaw; and her siblings, Sandra Paschke (Bruce) of Fredonia, NY and James Hayward (Patricia) of Cassadaga, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
