She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Smith Neyhart (Altemose Keiper) and Robert C. Smith; her stepfather Lawrence "Dutch" Neyhart (Earl Hughes); and her daughter Brenda Deihl (Hughes). She is survived by: her husband Jim; her brother Robert Smith (Mary) of Stroudsburg; her daughters, Barbara Possinger of Stroudsburg and Kelly Ace of Wilmington, Del.; her grandchildren, Lisa Possinger-Robinson (Des) of East Stroudsburg, Lori Possinger and Andrew Deihl (Racquel Rivero) of Stroudsburg; her great grandchildren, Ashley Jones (Stephen Ruffino) and Nyshan Sadler; and her great great grandchildren, Ashton Jones, Braylynn, Brynnley and Briar Ruffino. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and, as well as many dear friends.

The family would like to thank the healthcare team who provided such compassionate care during her struggle with COVID-19.
