Kenneth N. Werkheiser Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth N. Werkheiser of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 28, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Werkheiser (Van Gorden); his parents, Harry Werkheiser and Edith Werkheiser (Brong); and his sisters, Betty Altemose and Mary Jane Werkheiser.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sue Werkheiser of Stroudsburg and Bunnie Pipher (Joe Shumaker) of Stroudsburg; his grandchild Meredith Pipher Smith (Thomas Jr.); his great grandchild Aaron Jacob Smith; his grandson Kenneth Pipher (Darlene); his great grandchildren, Emiley and Aiden Brier; and his siblings, Glenn "Hap" Werkheiser, Helen Snyder and Jean Sargeant. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to East Stroudsburg United Methodist Church.
