He was predeceased by: his parent Noel Lyon; his son David Lyon; and his siblings, Milton Lyon and Golden Hewitt. He is survived by: his wife Theresa (Carney); his mother Winnifred Lyon; his children, Keicia Lyon-Dennis, Erika Lyon-Blackman and Andrew Lyon; his grandchildren, Jarrel Lyon, Troy Blackman, Musa Dennis, Paige Blackman, Nia Blackman, Dylan Blackman, Amanda Danney, Julian Lyon and Saniya Lyon; his siblings, Noel Lyon (Grace Ann), Fraser Lyon (Ruth Ann) and Carol Ann Lyon; and his parents-in-law, Sonya Brown and Dwight Carney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
