He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fleming and Noreen Fleming (Harrington) of Kingston, PA.; his daughter Jayne Fleming; and his siblings, Marilyn McMullan-Rosato, Robert Fleming of Stroudsburg and Richard Fleming of Anchorage Alaska.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Fleming (Greiner); and his children, Joanne Campbell (Dennis) of Vacaville, CA., Judy Kohlmann (Bill) of Phoenix, AZ., Janice Schweinfurth (Jeff) of Sebastian, FL., Joseph E Fleming Jr. of Stroudsburg, Jack Fleming (Linda) of Stroudsburg and Jim Fleming (Laurie) of Stroudsburg. He is also survived by grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
